Val do Rio Vocational School is a training centre with 500 students which offers courses with double-certification (academic and professional). The syllabuses are structured in a modular organisation and comprehend social/cultural, scientific and technologic training, including a final Professional Skills Proof and a professional internship. Integral training and personal education have been a focusing point of the school’s project since its foundation in 1989.
The qualifications they offer include areas like Multimedia, Video, 3D Digital Drawing, Graphic Design, Graphic Arts, Electronics and Telecommunications and Computing Equipment Management.
We promote a teaching process with tutor-teachers who help the development of the students’ skills, always in respect of their personal freedom and individuality and we successfully integrate students with special needs. We are also accredited to provide lifelong training for adults working in the graphic and telecommunications sectors, according to the regional needs.
