  • Regarding financial management, the project manager presented the templates for the reports, how they have to be filled in and the documents that support each template.
  • Partners gave their input to complete the Dissemination Plan and the Quality Management Plan.

She presented the Finnish Educational System, focusing in Vocational Education. Second Transnational Meeting – Pitesti

The second meeting of the project was held in Pitesti (Rumania) on the 6th and 7th of February, 2014. Representatives from all partners attended the meeting.

The main objective of this meeting was twofold: in one hand partners reviewed all the work  done during the first  months of the project , and on the other, the steps to finish  the ProjectX of each school were defined.

Firstly each partner made a short presentation about the VET system in its country. The objective was to understand the framework of the future mobilities of our students and teachers.

Secondly Xabec presented the methodology to work with ProjectX, including all the suggestions the partners had made to Level 1, and the templates for Level 2 and 3 were introduced.

Finally each school presented the First Level of the three ProjectXs they developed. Partners presented pictures of their workshops, the materials used and a concept of the final result of each ProjectX
